Ticket: $55 donation per ticket (Space limited to 12 participants)

Join Amanda for a soul-soothing 9D Breathwork journey designed to calm the nervous system, restore inner balance, and gently reconnect participants with the peace within. This special fundraiser for CHARM Rescue offers a unique opportunity to support rescue animals while experiencing a deeply relaxing and healing session.

The event will take place Saturday, July 19th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Yoga Barn in Severna Park, MD. This session is perfect for anyone new to breathwork, those dealing with health challenges, or anyone simply needing a softer, nurturing reset. 100% of the proceeds from this event will go directly to helping rescue animals in need.

The event will feature a gentle Down Regulation & Regeneration journey with:

• Guided breathwork
• Reiki healing
• Immersive 9D soundscapes
• Subconscious integration tools such as hypnotherapy and visualization

After the breathwork session, participants will have the chance to unwind and co-regulate with adorable 8-week-old puppies, providing a truly heartwarming experience.

Public Invitation:
From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the public is welcome to join outside the Yoga Barn to meet CHARM Rescue and a few of their adoptable dogs. Enjoy coffee or matcha from the Coffee Trailer, available until 1:00 PM.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Small pillow
• Blanket (optional, for extra comfort)
• Water bottle
• Optional journal for reflections

Additional Information:

• There will be a few extra blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats available if needed—but supplies are limited, so it’s best to bring your own if possible.
• Eye masks and headsets will be provided for the session.
• Puppy guests will be 8 weeks old, so attendees should expect some playful moments and occasional messes!
